Abstract: |
A small scale intrusive evaluation was undertaken. A prior desktop study indicated that the site lay within an area of historic importance where archaeological features and finds could reasonably have been expected. The field evaluation showed this to be the case, producing evidence for the existence of a series of medieval drains, pits and post holes together with the foundations of a post-medieval building.
