Six trenches were excavated, measuring between 10m and 25m x 1.5m . The site lay close to Groglam Castle, a Scheduled Ancient Monument, (00193/17540), an Iron Age Hill fort. The trenches revealed no archaeological features or artefacts. [Au(adp)] |
