Abstract:		 A Roman settlement and an area of prehistoric activity were present to the north-east of the study area, and this may have continued into the site. Modern disturbance, however, was thought to have removed any archaeological remains from the site, and as a result there was not considered to be any potential for the survival of archaeological remains.
