Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out on the installation of a toilet in the tower. Groundwork did not extend below thick sand bedding for the Victorian tiled floor. The external drain was run in an existing water supply trench. No structures or artefacts of antiquity were encountered and there was no archaeological impact. [Au] |
