Abstract: |
A field evaluation was undertaken on the site of a proposed new vicarage. Only one trench revealed archaeological features, an undatable gully and a medieval pit. The features lay to the west of the site of the proposed vicarage, on the site of a proposed second building not due to be built at present. No further work was considered necessary on the eastern side of the area, but on the western side a watching brief over redevelopment was recommended. [AIP] |
