Abstract:		 Excavation carried out as part of the watching brief identified a building comprising four shallow linear cuts. A hearth with a pot sunk into the ground in the centre of the building was interpreted as evidence of fermentation. The building was thought to date to the second half of the 13th century. [Au(abr)]
