Abstract:		 A study area extending 1km from the site identified 34 find spots and sites dating from the Bronze Age to modern periods, including five Grade II Listed buildings. A Scheduled WWII anti-aircraft battery was also located. Due to the unknown nature of the proposed development it was impossible to assess the risk to the archaeology of the area. [Au(adp)]
