Abstract: |
Any ground works on the Savacentre petrol filling station site may have exposed further archaeological remains, including graves. The proposed works included the excavation for a new retaining wall, a new LPG underground tank and lesser works for new pipe. It was suggested that ground works should be excavated by contractors under the direct supervision of an archaeologist. [Au(abr)] |
