Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during drainage works which were located over part of the main defensive ditch of Launceston Castle. The investigation turned up little new archaeological material. A previously unrecorded set of concrete steps, dated to c.1960 was recorded alongside a segment of medieval town wall, which had been extensively investigated in 1989. [AIP] |
