Abstract: |
Desk based assessment and field appraisal were undertaken along the proposed route. The study established that the buildings of the village core of Brownley Green were demolished in the period 1927 to c.1950. There was a possibility that sub-surface medieval structural plans might survive. In addition, a number of trackways were identified which might date from the medieval period. [Au(abr)] |
