Abstract:
Two trenches were excavated to reveal three features, a bank remnant and two ditches, on the same alignment as the Roman temporary marching camp in trench two. Eight sherds of Roman pottery were found in the southern-most ditch. A north-south aligned modern linear feature, possibly a plough furrow and modern water pipe trenches were also recorded. [Au(abr)]
