Abstract: |
Features and deposits of the Roman, medieval and post-medieval periods of the street frontage were found to have survived. Roman dumping and leveling, medieval structural elements and industrial production and post-medieval structures and a robber cut were all evident. Medieval cultivation of the backlands was also suspected. [Au(adp)] |
