Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out on the stripped easement and spoil heaps associated with the new pipeline. Very little archaeological material was recovered and there were no significant concentrations of finds. Flints which had been struck by plough or machine were found but not collected. The pipeline passed through two identified lynchets of possible Iron Age/Romano-British date. [AIP] |
