Abstract: |
The water main renewal pipeline did not disturb any significant archaeological deposits or features. The cartographic evidence and the field boundaries recorded indicated a landscape farmed since the medieval period and in addition medieval settlements were located near to the pipeline. The flint pebbles recovered may have been indicative of prehistoric presence. [Au(adp)] |
