Abstract: |
<summary>Evaluation involving trenching, test-pitting and topographic survey, in advance of residential development, found little archaeological evidence. A pit dating to the middle Iron Age and several other, undatable, pits were located through trenching. No significant concentrations of flint were recovered as a result of the test-pitting, and survey in an area of woodland on the proposed site found nothing other than previously recorded lynchets. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
