Abstract: |
Systematic archaeological fieldwalking was undertaken on a site which had produced much evidence of medieval activity. Watching briefs during gravel extraction on the northern part of the site had shown the potential of the area for the study of medieval and earlier remains. Pottery from the late medieval and post-medieval periods were recovered and plotted during the exercise. [AIP] |
