Abstract: |
An historical and documentary search, and an archaeological survey were undertaken at Wheal Squire. The site was proposed for a westerly extension of the county waste disposal site. A brief history of mining at the site was created and the archaeological features within the site were briefly described, these features mainly comprised mine shafts, both open and choked. [AIP] |
