Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	<summary>Recording following the exposure of four stretches of battery defences along the coastline of The Garrison identified the defences as being of pre-18th century date. A tunnel associated with the later re-use of Boscawen's Battery was also identified.
