Abstract: |
The watching brief confirmed, on archaeological grounds, some aspects of the architectural history of the church. In particular, the presence of an earlier south aisle was confirmed and its position was recorded for the first time. In addition the watching brief produced the first medieval pottery to be recorded in the town. [Au(adp)] |
