Abstract
Ballydavid House, Littleton
Patrick Braken
108 - 109
A history of the nineteenth-century country house and its occupants. The main house was demolished in 1963 but some beech trees of its avenue still stand and a lodge is incorporated into a shop.

A history of one of the first District Model Schools, erected on the Western Road in 1849.
The O'Mearas of Lissinsky
John O'Meara
117 - 135
Outlines the history of the family and their landholdings, from the Early Medieval period onwards, making use of primary and secondary sources, particularly the memorials in the Registry of Deeds. The latter reveal, for example, the probable birthplace of Napoleon's doctor.
Some other O'Mearas seemingly connected with those of Lissinsky
130 - 132
Clonmel excavations -- 3: south-east corner of medieval walled town: test in...
Orla Scully
175 - 178
Reports on excavations carried out in 1992 and 1993 on a site at 5--7 New Quay, Clonmel. The work was largely undertaken by mechanical excavator, although walls were exposed and cleaned by hand. The position of south-west portion of the town wall was established and the base of a tower was found to survive. As a result of these discoveries the proposed development of the site was abandoned so that the remains could be preserved.
Excavations at Cahir Abbey
Dave Pollock

Describes the upstanding structures of the church, most of which are late, dating from the fifteenth of sixteenth centuries. Excavations in the east range, undertaken prior to consolidation work, encountered remains of the original abbey church.
