Abstract:		 Four evaluation trenches were excavated in advance of a commercial development. Two parallel undated ditches were observed in Trench 2. No other archaeological deposits or finds were recorded on the site, apart from a small unstratified assemblage of Bronze Age pottery in Trench 1.
