Abstract:
The evaluation revealed conclusive evidence for late Mesolithic to late Bronze Age activity on the site. This was shown by mixed scatters of worked flints, from the above mentioned periods, which were found in subsoil/topsoil at the Northwest of the site. Tree throws, to the Northeast of the excavated area, also contained evidence in the form of late Bronze Age worked flint, burnt flint and pottery .
