Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken at York House, Norbiton . The watching brief comprised the archaeological monitoring of ground works at the site .Natural sandy terrace gravels were identified at between 48.30mOD and 50.62mOD. A small 20th century bonfire pit was revealed by excavations, found truncating the topsoil. No archaeological remains or residual finds were identified during the programme of archaeological monitoring. |
