Abstract:		 In May and June 2012 Archaeological Solutions (AS) carried out an archaeological trial trench evaluation of land at Nos.2-3 Duck Lane, Soho, London (NGR TQ 2952 8102). The evaluation was undertaken in compliance with a planning condition attached to planning consent. It is proposed to demolish behind the retained façade and reconstruct to include enlargement of the basement and new mansard roof over the two buildings to create 2No new 3 bedroom houses. In the event no archaeological features or finds were revealed.
