Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out at The Presbytery, Sedlescombe, during the groundworks associated with the construction of a single story extension to enlarge the kitchen. During the excavation a modern drain was the only feature noted. No features of an earlier date were present. No artefacts were recovered from this watching brief, although some 19th and 20th century artefacts were noted in the topsoil. |
