The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 This archaeological watching brief took place during the excavation of a 10m x 6m trench for a concrete raft foundation for an extension to the existing property. The monitoring revealed a topsoil overlying an alluvial deposit to approximately 0.8m below the existing ground surface. This contained some sherds of medieval pottery (Tees Valley Ware) but no features or other finds of interest were noted.
