Abstract: |
In August 2012, Cotswold Archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation of an area of land off the A420 (Coxwell Road), Faringdon, Oxfordshire. The evaluation comprised the excavation of five trial trenches. The evaluation recorded no archaeological features or deposits, and there was no evidence for the continuation of an Iron Age/Romano-British settlement recorded previously to the west of Coxwell Street. |
