Abstract:		 Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd conducted a predetermination evaluation at Weights Lane, Redditch, Worcestershire. The evaluation excavation comprised 40 trenches, 38 of which were 40m in length and two of which (Trenches 3 and 15) were 20m long. No archaeological features or finds were present on the site although the line of the mill leat backfilled in the later 1960s was identified in a number of trenches on the eastern part of the site.
