Abstract: |
September 2008. Oxford Archaeology carried out an archaeological watching brief at St Vincent's College, Gosport, Hampshire. The watching brief revealed a stone wall that originally formed the inside face of the tidal pond supplying Forton Mill, the corner of the Forton Barracks perimeter wall as constructed in 1807 and the later perimeter wall associated with the expansion of Forton Barracks in 1891 |
