Abstract:		 In January 2017 Archaeological Solutions (AS) carried out an archaeological evaluation at Wyvern House, Rectory Road, Wyverstone, Suffolk (NGR TM 040 678). The evaluation was undertaken in compliance with a planning condition attached to planning permission for the proposed construction of two dwellings following demolition of the existing Wyvern House (Mid Suffolk District Council Planning Application Number 3412/16). In the event the trial trench evaluation revealed no archaeological features or finds. Though some modern services were present had archaeological features been present, they would have been preserved and recognised.
