Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 8.5 hectares of grassland. The survey has not identified any anomalies of probable or possible archaeological origin. Evidence of ridge and furrow cultivation across the site suggests the area has been used for agricultural purposes since the medieval period. The remaining anomalies are modern in origin, relating to an underground service, an area of scattered magnetic debris, ferrous objects, and fencing. |
