Abstract: |
A desktop study was undertaken and showed that there was slight evidence for Roman activity in the area of the site and indicated that some of the buildings occupying the site were built before 1842. It was possible that a well and outbuildings shown on the First Edition Ordnance Survey survived beneath the modern yard surface. [Au(adp)] |
