Abstract: |
Archaeological observation and evaluation work associated with the construction of new houses recorded a series of gravel surfaces and an associated boundary ditch, a pit and an oven, within the extramural area of the Romano-British town of Alcester. A stone-built well of possible medieval date was also recorded, together with a brick-built well and wall foundations of 19th century date. [Au(abr)] |
