The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The evaluation comprised two trenches located in the eastern side of the site and the archaeological monitoring of two geo-technical pits in the north-west corner of the site. The south-west corner of the site was inaccessible due to the presence of underground services. A minimum of 2m of modern build up was observed across the site. Deposits consisted of waste and demolition material derived from the late c.19th century goods shed and associated railway features, shown as being within the site on an 1870 OS map. The wall footings observed across the site may have been the surviving remains of potentially two phases of platform supports related to the goods shed. No evidence of archaeological features predating the railway was observed during the evaluation. [Au(abr)]
