Abstract: |
The desk-based assessment demonstrated that there were four distinct phases of occupation on the site, spanning the Roman, medieval, Jacobean and post-Jacobean periods. The report suggested that the first two periods probably lay at a deeper depth than the ground works would reach. [AIP] |
