Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on the 2nd October 2017 in response to a planning condition on the construction of two properties. A single trench measuring 10m by 1.80m was excavated on the site. Three pits containing fragments of 20th century brick and ceramic material were identified. One of the demolition pits likely related to an outdoor toilet associated with one of the plots.
