Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 15.2 hectares of grassland. The survey has identified a number of former field boundaries as the only probable archaeology on the site. A number of possible archaeological anomalies have been identified; however it is not possible to determine their origin with any degree of confidence. The majority of the anomalies are modern in origin, relating to underground services, land drains, pathways, fence lines, a cricket wicket, agricultural activity, made ground, ferrous objects and scattered magnetic debris. |
