Abstract:		 Ten trenches were opened to cover the driveway and footprints for nine new dwellings. Two parallel linears (ditches) were recorded in Tr 9. There were no finds in either of the features and were therefore undated. An extraction pit was also found, probably of modern date and a large redundant pond was seen in three trenches. No other archaeological finds were made.
