Abstract: |
Oxford Archaeology South (OAS) was commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) to undertake an archaeological evaluation of land at Aston Road, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. A single post-medieval NE-SW aligned ditch was present in the northern field. The alignment was consistent with the furrows detected and probably represents an old field boundary. Plough furrows, the remnants of ridge and furrow agriculture, were recorded as geophysical anomalies and remains across the site |
