Abstract: |
Glossop Land Ltd has obtained planning consent from High Peak Borough Council for a major mixed-use scheme on the eastern fringe of Glossop town centre, Derbyshire (centred on NGR 403820 393975). The consented scheme allowed for the demolition of a derelict cotton mill that formed a component of the 19th-century Howard Town Mills complex and the redevelopment of the site for mixed residential, retail and office use |
