Abstract: |
The watching brief provided some dating evidence for the undated features revealed by evaluation, suggesting they are medieval and post-medieval, although some discrete features remain undated. Linear features probably represent paddocks and enclosures of a medieval (and later) settlement. A few prehistoric flints flakes and a single sherd of Roman pottery were also recovered. |
