Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in January and February 2018 at Dunstall Farm, Morton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. Twelve trenches were excavated. A number of ditches were identified throughout the site that date to the later prehistoric and/or Roman periods. Coupled with the findings of preceding geophysical surveys and evaluation trenching, it is likely that the remains identified during the current works represent an area of multiphase agricultural activity on the peripheral of a settlement. |
