Abstract:		 Trenching for footings ahead of construction of an extension to Thatch Cottage and land reduction for a septic tank took place under archaeological supervision. No archaeological deposits were revealed. A small collection of late Post-medieval pottery from the subsoil was observed but will not be retained.
