Abstract:		 In May 2019, Cotswold Archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation of land at Larkbear, Barnstaple, Devon. A total of 19 trenches were excavated within the site. The evaluation recorded eight post-medieval ditches and one modern ditch. The post-medieval ditches probably represent former boundaries within the extant field system.
