Abstract: |
The Regional Seat of Government (RSG) is a heavily protected double-storey surface bunker. It is essentially a two-phase structure comprising, a Regional Commissioner's Office, or War Room constructed in 1953, to the southern face of which a larger bunker was butted in the early 1960s, to form a Regional Seat of Government (RSG). |
