Abstract:		 On the 12th of January 2021 Oxford Archaeology East conducted an archaeological evaluation at Land east of The Silverings, 114 Main Road, Parson Drove (TF 38010 08730). A total of seven trenches, each measuring 20m in length and 1.8m wide, were excavated. No archaeological features were present. A dump of modern rubbish was uncovered at the north-west end of Trench 2, the location of which corresponds with an agricultural building shown on Ordnance survey maps into the middle of the 20th century.
