An Archaeological Watching Brief was undetaken along the route of a gas pipeleine between Runnymead and Ashford, Surrey. The monitoring focussed on the excavation of two access pits. Modern backfill from the previous pipeleine excavations was observed and was overlain by modern topsoil.
