Oxford Archaeology (OA) has been commissioned by RPS Group to undertake an archaeological evaluation of the site of a proposed housing development.The work is being undertaken as a condition of Planning Permission (planning ref: 19/00831/OUT). A brief has been set by Richard Oram, Planning Archaeologist at Oxfordshire County Council (OCC), detailing the Local Authority's requirements for work necessary to inform the planning process; this document outlines how OA willimplement those requirements.All work will be undertaken in accordance with local and national planning policies and Chartered Institute for Archaeologists Guidance (CIfA 2014).
