Abstract:		 A single 10m by 1.8m trench was excavated as a planning condition ahead of the construction of a new 4 bedroom house A single trial trench was excavated within the footprint of the proposed new building. The trench identified a Post Medieval well and the possible remains of a yard surface associated with the property facing Station Road, No.46. An earlier undated ditch was also recorded within the trench and was likely the remains of a field boundary.
