Abstract:		 The evaluation revealed a large volume of features, typically consisting of a cluster of inter-cut pits of Late Saxon to Medieval date, dug into earlier deposits. A complex stratigraphic sequence included domestic activity, metalworking, and a destruction horizon, followed by made ground of the 19th and 20th centuries.
